The hotel has modern and spacious rooms with cool design and comfortable features such as RITUALS toiletries and dog, friendly amenities. the restaurant offers high, quality cuisine, with some guests raving about the breakfast spread served outside the hotel. Guests with mountain, facing rooms can catch stunning views.

Housekeeping services were inconsistent and lacking, with some guests noting issues with their room cleanliness and garbage collection.

The view was breathtaking and the room was cozy. We enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the fact that we could easily access nearby ski slopes. The breakfast had a good variety of options and we loved the unlimited coffee refills.

The staff lacked professionalism and didn't seem trained for their job. The noise level was excessive, making our romantic escape less enjoyable. we expected more for the price we paid.

The renovated building was very stylish and modern. the rooms were very cool, and we were happy to see they had included a dog pillow and bowl as our furry friend also stayed. the views were stunning and we enjoyed walking along the lake.

There were issues with the billing, and we had to double-check our bill.
